Collide by ~passion-aesthete is a remarkably elegant composition that makes use of a narrow depth of field to outstanding effect. This, combined with a pastel aesthetic to toning, provides a beautiful scene and narrative for the observer. ( Featured by arctoa )

You guys. Cut the BS down there and accept PLENTY of things worse than this are being featured int the highest class art galleries right now. Besides it is obvious what this is. Pine tree fingers. I see them all the time where I live. Art is art is art. What makes it art is how this is ACHIEVED. Could any of you possibly replicate it? I think not. How the angle and filter is achieved is positively superb. I bet you could try taking a thousand pictures of a pine tree finger and never come close to it looking like this.

My case is rested. Kudos and congrats on the DD.

wow so much passion in this message !

I frist believed you disagreed about the DD I received (unless I really misunderstood :?)

You know, there was this "wall" of pine trees in the street I was and I was really in awe when I saw it. Nobody cares about it (that's one way of putting it) but it looked so beautiful to me.
People were looking at me as if I was an alien or a stupid tourist but I was taking and taking over pictures of it from any point of view.
At this moment, I was really wanting people to realize how much this was beautiful... all this light passing through, the colours, the shape...

Thank you for your message and view :rose:

Now why would I come just to disagree, silly. e.e That's what people with no sense of direction come to do~

Either way..I see the full picture now! So that is how it came about.....The story alone should've gotten a DD, I think...It goes great with the picture. Either way I admire the delicate and tasteful perspective you've displayed here. In a way your doing something for other people to see what you've seen. You find awe in a wall of french pine trees. But other people do not see this, so you take a picture in such a way they notice too....

I find this overall brilliant. If only there were more ways to achieve this. You are welcome.

Oh! You're really fast to answer :D

Yeah I noticed about some kinda insensible person to some kind of art. It stays really vague and sibylline to some people.

And it happens to me not to understand some abstract art and despise it. So I can't really blame.

It is all about the heart.

But I do really love your point of view about art "how this is achieved". That's interesting :)
